Stock equity accounted for nearly 30 percent of white household wealth and 4 percent of Black household wealth.
The gap was built across generations through unequal access to wages, homeownership, education, business capital, investment markets, and inheritance. Closing the gap requires financial knowledge alongside access to assets, capital, ownership, and inheritance.

Participants examine the family history and lived experience shaping their financial decisions while building real plans for savings, debt, investing, and legacy. Everyone moves through the same curriculum together, with no separate tracks and no beginner tier.
Participants move through a full nine-month arc together, with room to apply what they learn between sessions.
December is the program's one full break. January continues as a paid working month with lighter programming and continued access to instructors and subject-matter experts.
Estate plans, beneficiary designations, and the documentation of intention are how wealth actually moves between generations. This cohort helps participants understand these decisions, document their intentions, and turn legacy goals into practical action steps.

Watch on YouTubeThe application takes about twenty minutes. It asks about your goals, where you are financially, and what you want to build. There are no wrong answers and no test. Applications close Monday, August 24, 2026. Everyone hears back by Friday, August 28.

Contributions help expand access and fund the educators, facilitators, materials, and infrastructure required to deliver the cohort with care. A contribution of $375 can help support one active month of a participant's cohort experience. Contributions of other amounts also help expand access.
Support Participant AccessCommunity sessions provide facilitated reflection and group discussion. They do not replace licensed mental health care.
